Creake Abbey sits within beautiful water meadows just a few miles south of Burnham Market and the glorious north Norfolk coast.

A stone’s throw from the impressive ruins of an Augustinian Abbey, dating from 1206, you’ll find an array of independent shops and services including a hairdresser and a picture-framer. The Café & Food Hall on site has closed but new tenants are being sought. For further information please email info@creakeabbey.co.uk. Refreshments are available from a variety of Norfolk’s finest mobile catering vans.

The popular Creake Abbey Farmers' Market on the first Saturday of the month, which featured on BBC1 in late January 2021, draws suppliers and shoppers from all across East Anglia.

There is ample free parking right beside the shops.

Our latest addition is a charming holiday cottage, the newly renovated Carrot House. Why not treat yourself to the break at Creake Abbey!
