Merrie Curtis Fuller Exhibition at Creake Abbey Cafe – ‘Summer Light’, Thursday 22nd June to Tuesday 26th September

Merrie Curtiss-Fuller was born into a family of artists in 1981. She accompanied her parents to countless exhibitions and developed a passionate and totally absorbing desire to paint. In 2004 she was awarded a first class B.A. Hons  in Fine Art from Christ Church University and went on to obtain her Master of Arts at the same university in 2005. Her work has featured in many prestigious national and international exhibitions and resulted in her winning important awards.

Elected a full member of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists in 2017.

Exhibited at :- Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours (2009,2008,2007); The Society of Women Artists (2007,2008,2010); Royal Watercolour Society (2008,2011), Royal Society of British Artists (2000), Royal Institute of Oil Painters (2004,2002,2001), Discerning Eye (2004,2003)

Awards:-Winner of 3rd Prize Winsor and Newton Young Artist Royal Institute of Oil Painters 2002, Winner of 1st Prize Winsor and Newton Young Artist The Society of Women Artists 2007

Work in Maidstone Museum Collection and the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists Collection.
